Starting a gluten-free bakery was born from our own personal journey with celiac disease and a deep love for food. After years of searching for quality gluten-free options, we grew frustrated with the lack of products that could match the taste and texture of traditional breads and baked goods. For over a decade, we lived without many of the foods we loved, only to find that the available gluten-free choices weren’t quite right. So, we decided to create the foods we missed ourselves, with a commitment to using real ingredients and tried-and-true techniques.
In 2008, we opened our first dedicated gluten-free bakery and coffee shop in Utah, making gluten-free breads, cookies, and pastries accessible in our local area. After years of perfecting our recipes, we earned our spot in restaurants, grocery stores, and farmer’s markets. Today, our bakery is a trusted name for gluten-free products, known for delivering authentic flavors and textures without compromise, made for anyone who loves good, wholesome food.
